What does it look like to keep believing when life takes unexpected turns—and the next chapter is still unfolding?
In this episode of This Is That: Believe Again, I sit down with Krystal Talley for a conversation about faith, life, purpose, generations, and hope—what shapes us, what we carry forward, and what it means to keep believing through the different seasons of our lives.
We also explore a question that became especially meaningful in our conversation:
What gives you hope?
Perhaps Krystal’s story will encourage you to look again at your own journey—and consider that what looks unfinished may not be over.
About Krystal Talley
Krystal Talley has spent more than 25 years helping people and organizations grow, serving across corporate HR, higher education, executive search, and public service. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and the founder of Vision Flow Solutions, where she helps organizations use AI and better systems in ways that still keep people at the center.
But beneath the work, the titles, and the experience is a woman of faith who believes deeply in the value of people. Krystal serves as an elder and Bible study facilitator in her church, has opened her home and heart to children through foster care, and is working on her first book, Hope in Turbulent Times.
She knows what it feels like to start over, to hold onto a dream through a hard season, and to keep believing when the next chapter is still unfolding. Krystal’s story is a reminder that what looks unfinished is not necessarily over, and that God can still breathe life into the places where we thought the story had ended.

Look again. Dream again. Hope again. Believe Again.
On Constitution Day, Yvonne shares a personal God story that began with a simple instruction in 2013:
“Go see about the Constitution.”
That instruction took her back to Philadelphia—the city where she was born and where her love of history began—and on an unexpected journey that took her to the Federal Reserve, National Constitution Center, U.S. Mint, Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
What began as a visit to familiar places became an invitation to look again at America’s founding, the covenantal nature of its founding documents, Creator-given rights, liberty, government, stewardship and the responsibility of one generation to the next.
Along the way, an unexpected experience involving coins opened another line of questions about money, economic liberty and the proper boundaries of government.
This episode is also an invitation: Go see about it.
Read the Constitution. Read the Declaration of Independence. Explore the history and original sources. But don’t stop there. Search the Scriptures. Pray. Worship. Ask questions. Seek the Lord.
What has God placed in our hands—and what is our part in our generation?
Because the story ultimately reaches beyond a document or a nation. The earth is the Lord’s. Jesus is King. And as Acts 17 reminds us, God has appointed the times and boundaries of nations so that people might seek Him, reach for Him and find Him.
Look again. Dream again. Hope again. Believe Again.

🏞️⭐️Episode 5 — America the Beautiful: From Sea to Shining Sea
What if the places we’ve lived, the history we’ve inherited, the prayers of generations before us—and even the things we discover along the way—are more connected than we realize?
In Episode 5 of This Is That: Believe Again, Yvonne Denise begins a journey through America the Beautiful: From Sea to Shining Sea, sharing places, people, experiences and what she calls “God encounters” that have become connected threads in her own journey.
Beginning with God as Creator and the unfolding story of redemption, this episode explores the connection between generations, our appointed times and places, and what we have been entrusted to carry forward.
Along the way, unexpected connections continue to emerge—some discovered only years later—reminding us that we aren’t simply looking back at history.
We are living our part of the story now.
And that leaves each of us with a question:
What has God placed in your hands in your appointed time and place?
Dream again.
Hope again.
Believe again.
