For the first time ever, I watched the Olympics this past month. 

I had watched bits and pieces before, in passing...

But this time I sat down and invested myself into watching them. 

Boy, did I learn a lot from those athletes. 

Especially from the GOAT, Simone Biles. 

How she prioritized her mental and physical health in Tokyo in 2021

How she came back, kicked butt, and took names in Paris 2024

And how she is using her experience to help all of us understand better that NOTHING from your past determines your FUTURE.
