THROUGH HIS COVENANT OF LOVE, GOD HAS EXCHANGED IDENTITIES WITH US. HE HAS TAKEN OUR SINS IN EXCHANGE FOR HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS. HE HAS GIVEN US HIS ARMOR SO THAT WHEN THE ENEMY SEES US, HE'S SEEING GOD! GOD'S COVENANT DEMANDS THAT THE ENEMY GIVE US THE SAME RESPECT AND REVERENCE THAT HE MUST GIVE OUR FATHER! If we want the covenant blessings to be generational we must teach it to our sons and daughters. If we want the blessings passed on then we must instill it in our children and families without waiting for it to happen in Sunday School. Since covenant is personal, one on one with God then let's handle it that way, personally.

I always talk about covenant for the same reason I always talk about racism in the body of Christ!  Because they're both real, they both exist in the church and body of Christ and they both matter to God!

One of the things that changed my life in my Christian walk was learning about covenant. As much as I had heard the word and as much as it was used in the church, until God opened His word to me, my life as a Christian was powerless. It wasn't until I learned to truly live a covenant life with God, not man or someone on television, but God Himself was I able to live the blessed life that He has in store for me and my descendants. The  were two blind men who followed Jesus asking Him to give them their sight. Although they were blind they still followed Him.  Many of us have followed leaders blindly and we're still following Jesus blindly. That's not a blind faith but rather being blind to the truths He wants us to know. Now it's time for us to ask Jesus to give us our sight so that we may see all He wants us to see!
