An expansion of the mind is always a good thing.

I know… I can’t get enough of reading and neither should you.

Find a hidden passion that you have chosen to ignore in the past and explore it again with the same vigor that you do at work and with your family. You got 10-20 minutes to spare somewhere.

If your spouse or family members look stressed and you are feeling their wrath, why not try some meditation? Get an app for it if you have to, but join them in this experience. I’m no expert in the skill and as I learn more about it, it gets challenging. That’s fun to me and I was excited to share this with my wife. She hates the technique but I think it will do good for her. She hopefully will be less wrath-y now.

Two different conversations with two boys in different age groups can lead to some interesting results. Kids are dumb and adolescents can be moody or dreading life. Just be the best support pillar. Also, kids suck more in the 20th century.
