Have you ever wondered how is it that some people have massive confidence and get their way always in life?

Here are 3 steps you can follow to become more confident.

1. Know Thyself. But practicing self-awareness and some reflection you will be able to determine who you are and what are the things, core values and beliefs that resonate with you. This will give you so much power and confidence.

2. The good enough principle. Sometimes we feel like we are not good enough because someone rejected us, or we didn't get the job we wanted or we couldn't achieve a goal we had. The reality is that we are all imperfect and will fail sometimes but the most important thing to have in mind is that you are good enough and there is alway room for improvement, and that is what really matters.

3. Be authentic. The moment you figure out who you are and stop imitating other people or compare yourself with other, then you will become more confident by default. Once you acknowledge your true self, you will not look for other people's approval.
