In this episode I reivew Heavy Burdens by Bridget Eileen Rivera.  I discuss how we as the church treat other people in unloving ways and how we can learn to recognize the voice of Jesus.  We have to start treating every person we see as a fellow image bearers of God.  The church should look different than the world, but the question is do we look better or worse?

In this episode I explore how we prepare for the Easter holiday.  Do we flex our fasting too much?  Where do we get our rewards, and how can we prepare for Easter without "giving something up?"  

All of that and I talk weight loss, stress eating, and new vacuums.  It's gonna be a blast.

This episode we talk about how to be a peacemaker, both externally and internally.  I discuss how my year has started, books I'm reading and how I have had to make some changes to get healthier.  I also reccomend The Bible Project website, podcast, and their newest app.  The focus verse I'm looking at is Matthew 5:9.
