Happy Hard Topic Tuesday.

Today we talked about the phrases we repeat to ourselves — the little mantras that quietly shape the way we move through life.

What’s the sentence you come back to when things feel uncertain? The phrase that somehow helps you trust your life a little more?

One of mine has become:
“I’m the luckiest girl in the world, and things are always working out for me.”

And today we talked about why I actually started believing that more deeply after my trip to Asia— the moments, timing, coincidences, and experiences that felt like evidence of what can happen when you move through the world expecting good things instead of waiting for everything to go wrong.

Not in a perfect-life way. Just in a noticing-your-life-differently way.

We also talked about the phrases other people carry with them, and how certain thoughts slowly become part of your identity over time.
