This episode is a little different… and a little more honest than I expected.

I went to Bockfest here in Cincinnati — one of those events that reminds you how special this city and its traditions really are. I was excited all day to go, soak it in, and be part of it.

But on the drive home, something unexpected happened. I cried.

Not because anything went wrong — but because I realized this season of life and career transition isn’t unfolding the way I imagined it would. And sometimes those feelings sneak up on you in the quiet moments after the fun.

So this episode turned into a real-time reflection on transitions, expectations, and what it feels like when life looks different than the plan.
