Today’s episode was about attention spans — which, as a neurodivergent person, feels a little funny for me to be talking about in the first place.
But we got into three small things people say genuinely help improve focus, attention, and the ability to stay present in a world that constantly feels like it’s pulling us in 47 directions at once.
Not in a “become perfectly productive” way. More in a:
how do we actually feel connected to our lives again kind of way.
We talked about distractions, phone habits, overstimulation, mental tabs constantly being open, and why so many people feel like their brains are exhausted all the time.
And honestly, the episode became less about “fixing” yourself and more about understanding how modern life is shaping all of our attention spans.
