That used to be me. Maybe you can relate.
I started noticing those thoughts would bring feelings of guilt, overwhelm and that I was constantly berating myself. Then I checked in with my body and noticed that those feelings did not feel good! And that I was creating those feelings from my thoughts. So if I changed my thoughts, I could change my feelings. So I did!
