Isn't it interesting how you can become so immune to something that you don't even realize it? This sort of heaviness that just becomes something you adapt to.

In this episode, I share with you this one thing that has had me feeling lighter, removing this boulder on my back that I never even knew I had & you can do it, as well, my friend to feel clearer, more in control, and to ENJOY your days (not just try to get through them). What an idea that is, who knew?
