Have you heard the term highly sensitive person?  Are you one?  In this episode I talk about what in means to be an HSP in the clinical sense.  I acknowledge the societal deficit there has been toward sensitives, often telling them to "toughen up."  I do my best to inspire disempowered sensitives to reframe their thinking and befriend their sensitivity.  The world needs sensitives!  Finally, I define what a lightworker is and highlight the path from feeling "too sensitive" to becoming an empowered light worker.
