Hello friends!

My name is Karyn Inder and welcome to The Model Tongue Podcast. A podcast where we discuss all things mental health, mental illness, body positivity, self worth and finding your voice.

Today is my birthday and let me tell you- birthdays hit different when you struggle with mental illness. I give a pretty deep & honest explanation of why and you can hear that in the intro. I would like to introduce you to three of my friends and members of my emotional support system: Ashley, Caroline & Emily. We all struggle with mental illness and for my birthday we wanted to play a game of This OR That - Mental Health Edition. We wanted to fight stigmas and change perceptions by openly discussing (and laughing) at some struggles we experience, so please have a listen if you’d like to learn more about mental health, the people who live with it and some gentle razzing for each other's answers.
