We might not always be able to change a situation, but we can always change our perspective. Listening to understand not to respond is so important when having conversations with people who might have different perspectives to us; it is in these dialogues we can exchange ideas, form friendships and maybe even have our own perspective changed.

Change is something that we all experience. It's inevitable. How can we face change with courage? Today we start our new series by looking at how changing cultures with different languages, food and habits can be an example for how we should approach change ourselves - with humility and respect.

Off the back of our episode last week, we wanted to talk about failure. Rather than being our enemy, failure is an inevitable part of the path to success. To help illustrate this we share our own personal journey with this with Noa sharing about her journey in overcoming perfectionism with singing the songs we are recording for This Pilgrimage. In our post-modern age, people seem to gather together around victimhood. Today we discuss this and how in a strange way this could actually be a very strange mixture of Christian influence and our individualistic western culture. The aim of this episode is to encourage and inspire you to not be defined by the negative things that have happened to you, we believe in you!

In our society we are always on the go... Rushing never seems to result in anything good though.
