Yes this is very late. I have a lot of school work. This week Kielan, Ben and Will are physically in the same room thanks so their rigorous safety checking stuff for TIFF 2020. ECH!
Kielan, Ben and Will deconstruct the military-industrial complex, scam calls, and the psychological healing powers of Amazon Prime, and more. Ben discusses his boys.
Sorry for the late upload. Chris Nolan has done it again. Tenet is the best action film ever made. Ben, Kielan and Will talk about a bunch of stuff including Geminus Studios and all that. Kielan and Will discuss passionately how much they both agree that Tenet is good.
You thought we were stopping? No, we just didn't record for three weeks. In this edition, the boys discuss COVID-19 testing, Ten-ett, their dreams (but not hopes), and what they've been watching during their unplanned hiatus.
This week Kielan, Ben and Will discuss two of the three films in Ron Howard's Dan Brown Robert Langdon trilogy, along with some other stuff. Full spoilers for The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons, not that you should necessarily care.
The bracket's back! Join Will, Ben & Kielan as they discuss some of their favourite movies of all time, and battle to the death (over the internet) over which one is truly the best. This is the penultimate episode before the quarter-finals. This episode, recorded many weeks ago before we took a long accidental hiatus, contains the single longest argument in the entire thing. Even if that's not true, it's very long.
The bracket series also has video attached! Look for it on keithlovesmovies.com. For this episode and the previous one the video is really important since I (Will) forgot for a moment that we also published these as audio and showed off a bunch of props from my dad's office.
The guys have a Conference Call with lunatic Alex Ef, to finally settle some scores and hear him out on some grievances about Disney, the corporatization of art, and more colourful topics. Limits are tested and people are pushed to the brink.
Having all now seen the movie version, Ben, Kielan and Will discuss Hamilton and the validity of its criticisms. Plus Ben talks about First Cow, Will talks about The Revenant, and Kielan talks about his Italian grandparents. For the record, I did actually think Hamilton was great.
This week, Fozzie! I don't want to write a description.
Will, Ben, Kielan and Jack continue the now four-year-long streak of hosting their own podcast Awards show. The other three years can be found on Youtube, probably, but you probably don't want to listen to them. We recorded this all together outside, with individual microphones, so there's gonna be some audio overlap. I do not have the time nor the desire to make it sound as good as possible so just listen to it and be happy ok?????!!!
