Staying true to what you like is keeping aligned to who you truly are - I love the weird ones, because I know they have the confidence to be themselves :)

This week I wanted to talk about a set of words that have kept me going while I start to understand and work through my OCD and anxiety - a lot of the healing is through action and being and doing, so working with our brains (thoughts) and teaching our bodies (action and stored trauma) new safety signals is how we start to live with challenges like this.

Hey guys, I’m back with a new episode - maybe one of the most important ones I’ve made.

It’s the first time I’ve shared a photo of my eczema online - I’m about 3 months into this flare up and it’s sucks BUT I know someone will relate.
