Today’s guest is Fraser Merrifield.
Fraser worked his way up the corporate ladder, billing substantial figures, but was working every hour of the day.
He was very close to packing it all in and giving up on recruitment altogether
When suddenly the pandemic hit
With time to sit back and reflect he realised he wanted a change
So he set up his own company with a focus on work/life balance
On average Fraser spends 3 hours a day sitting at his desk,
he’s on track to bill 180K this year and he spends the rest of the time doing things that he loves and that aid his mental health.
Today we’re going to be asking Fraser how in the hell he manages to sustain a great business, providing a fantastic service, and billing pretty decent numbers while only sitting at his desk for 3 hours every day.
We’ll also talk about how he’s managed to reinvigorate his love for recruitment and how he’s designed his life for optimal happiness.
