It's not easy asking for help when we struggle w/ mental health problems, and that's especially true in veterans who suffer from combat related PTSD. My goal is to encourage and assist veterans w/ eradicating the stigma that surrounds mental health and PTSD and getting them help and access to resources so they can get treatment and follow a path to a better, healthier life.
