My childhood friend Craig Beasley of 50 plus years, had an idea of telling our history and, our experiences of growing up in Cincinnati during a time of segregation and after. We tell a story during our podcast of a community called Avondale and street named Burnet Ave. Today looking back, Burnet ave was our Black Wall St. During this particular time, Burnet ave was a thriving business district with a long history of providing services to the community.
