I realised that, that was what I was doing. It is TRUE that TIME waits for no man, so as I planned over and over again, time was that resource that went to waste!! Most times we disregard the small wins that end up making up the big win!! So before my time lapses, I would like to be intentional in seeing the progress that leads up to..!!

    Domestic violence is with us and we must break the silence and spread awareness. A human being - man or woman deserves respect, love and to be treated with dignity. The perception of a woman is a "slave" in marriage and her husband is her ruler is misconstrued and a home where a husband who is unable to carry out a role that society seems to have bestowed upon him, so he experiences ridicule and verbal abuse. This kinds of happening should be discouraged and strongly opposed by everyone. Let's be the instigators of change and advocates for the faint hearted!!

    It is very easy to fall prey to complaining about everything that is not going right in our lives, an the more we do this the more we move further away from all the great things that have or are happening in the same lives. That is why in this episode I chose to share about losing my father, even though it was coupled with so much pain, I choose to be grateful for what I gained when he was alive. That is more IMPORTANT!! I wanted to encourage a GRATITUDE HABIT with this episode, I hope you like it!!

    Not enough can be said regarding social medias' influence on what its users should do or be. So I have put emphasis on being proud of ones individuality despite what people may say! If anyone manages to do this, then chasing perfection for them will not be a thing but will already have been because they are the perfection! We must strive to be better human beings instead.
