• ISU posted entries for the ISU Ondrej Nepela Trophy in Bratislava, Slovakia, Sept. 28-Oct. 10

• U.S. Figure Skating has confirmed on its International Assignments page that Eric Sjoberg was selected for the third spot for U.S. men at Skate America after Tomoki Hiwatashi was added to MK John Wilson Trophy, his second Grand Prix assignment. Starr Andrews was added to Skate Canada. 

• ISU posted the entries for the sixth Junior Grand Prix - Baltic Cup in Gdansk, Poland (includes pairs). Second of two JGP events in Gdansk.

• U.S. Figure Skating did an article on Valentina Plazas and Maximiliano Fernandez who are making their ISU Challenger Series debut in Lake Placid. 

• U.S. Figure Skating did an article on Jill Heiner, who is making her ISU Challenger Series debut in Lake Placid. 

• Golden Skate did an article on Ukraine’s Mariia Andriichuk as part of their series on Ukrainian figure skaters.

• International Figure Skating did an article on Massimo Scali, which appeared in their August issue. 

Social Media Updates

• Azerbaijan’s Ekaterina Ryabova announced her retirement from competitive skating.

• Ice Academy of Montreal posted that France’s Evgeniia Lopareva & Geoffrey Brissaud are now part of the Ice Academy of Montreal. 

• The Spanish Ice Sports Federation has created a high-performance group for dance called "Elite Dance Group."

• Italy’s Carolina Kostner posted on social media that she was taken to the hospital. She had a double jaw fracture, five stitches and a severe headache.

• Team USA’s Ryan Dunk posted on instagram that he is retiring from competitive singles skating.
