We all get stuck in patterns. 
Every last one of us. 
I believe it is the ability to recognize not deny these patterns that make our work here on earth go a lot smoother. 
There is a lot of NO and a lot of tension this week, but we can transmute that so much easier, if we become more aware of the why’s of our patterns…
