Like, 2 years into a pandemic, 2 years into having to dig VERY hard to find applicants, Recruiters have had it and are throwing hissy fits in their job postings. Like weird, Tinder vibes of like "don't contact me if you're x, y, z." They've already decided you're garbage - take a wild guess at how that interview process/actually WORKING for them is going to work out. Please do not apply for these jobs.
