I'm still alive, I promise! I know the last time I suddenly left I was gone gone but trust me, I'm here to stay. I've gone through some changes, work changes in particular that suck but are dope at the same time. We're moving forward bit by bit in this life shit and trust, there ain't no way I'm dropping podcasting!

WHAT IT DO, IT'S SEASON 2!

The only way to improve yourself is to reflect on your current and past behavior. Peep the patterns, the way you think, what you default to; if you're conscious you'll grow and that's what I try to be. Understanding the psychology helps you understand the why's. When you understand why's, it's easier to move forward. Hopefully my introspection inspires you, or you even feel some closure by relating to what I struggle with.

I'm back! It's been a long minute, I know; but I needed to step away. I ain't better than ever but I'm doing better and feeling fired up to podcast again! In this episode we celebrate hitting episode 10 by talking about bullshit interviews and a wild experience "onboarding" at a company. I also update you on my life now. We're back to going solo for episode 5! Half way to 10! Can't wait to get in the double digits. I hope you don't mind being uplifted, I needed to share some reassuring words this time around. For those that feel lonely, and those pivoting/navigating their careers. I've been in both places and want to reiterate: you are not alone. I talk through some questions you can ask yourself to help you find your way. Eventually this episode closes out with a personality assessment I took for a job. While I'm still hunting for a job my mom is in PARADISE, or as close to what you can get for a job in America. Seriously though, the appreciation her job has for her should be the norm! But unfortunately it's not. Like us she's navigated through some workplaces with horrible leadership. Ever have your boss throw you under the bus for THEIR negligence? Has your superior ever belittled an employee? Cursed at them? Yelled at them? She's been there. It hurts to know this is someone's 9-5 all days of the year, but I hope with this episode you feel heard; And while it may not seem like it now, the opportunity you deserve is out there waiting to greet you with open arms.

Episode 3 baby! This time one of my life long friends Kevin joins to shed some light on life as a recent graduate. He faces uncertainty about his future, feeling as though the degree he worked for doesn't align with the life he wants to cultivate. However, it doesn't bring him down. He's in the present intending to live life to the fullest, and believes through self discovery of his values, he'll find his way.
