Here is the update:

Final Walk through on the Palm Desert property is today with a scheduled close of escrow this coming week.

Some interesting developments on the Jurupa property on Friday. I’ll have details on this probably next week.

Showed some first time home buyers new construction in New Haven Ontario. There are some great affordable options out there, you just need to be cognizant of the HOA Dues and more importantly the tax rate/Mello Roos and how that affects affordability.

A general market note: I’ve noticed a significant increase in activity, whether it is showings, new listings coming on or properties closing, the real estate industry is ramping back up with an increase in activity.

I have been working this week to tie up loose ends on a couple of transactions I have been working on.
