Let's dive into Volume 4 of one of Japan's greatest inventions...City Pop!  A fusion of Western styled pop, rock, disco, funk, R&B, Adult Contemporary and yacht rock, this Japanese concoction had its heyday during the late 70s and early 80s, a time when Japan was riding high in its bubble economy.
