We have a new co-host of the show, our new dog Copper. You will probably never hear him though cause all he does is lay around...until we leave the house! We played a little game of hide and seek trying to figure out what he does while we are gone. We had to buy a dog crate to try and solve the problem...hopefully it will work.This week also saw the release of the new Star Wars toys on Thursday night. Chris and his brother ventured out into 3 different stores to see what was available. Finally, we briefly talk about Under the Dome and shows that never gave us a satisfactory ending. There has been an exciting announcement on the RunDisney front. Walt Disney World is getting their own Star Wars race series. This has caused some new discussions to be made and plans are already in the works to attend.We also cover a little piece we forgot about Chicago Wizard World. We attended the Honest Trailers Panel and it was awesome! They played their favorite trailers and gave us a sneak peak of their latest trailer, Mad Max. I feel this episode was much better than the first. We finally get to see some more action and less back story. We just returned from our weekend trip to Chicago. While there we ate some good pizza with good friends, attended Wizard World, watched a professional soccer game, and did a whole lot of shopping. While Chicago Wizard World has been around for many, many years, I was not impressed with the show floor. This week we were supposed to go to a book signing with the author of Orange is the New Black. Instead, we walked into a room of old ladies having a book discussion. :(Also, we have recently discovered a new obsession: Disney pin trading. While we have been collecting and trading at the parks for a few years, we have found a few Facebook pages that have made this hobby super addicting. Finally, while we are extremely thankful that we decided not to go to FandomFest in Louisville, we are starting to prep for Chicago Wizard World. Chris is looking forward to meeting Stephen Amell, Elaine is looking forward to Gino's East!

We have just returned from The Best 4 Days of Gaming in Indianapolis...GenCon. Once again it was a great time and we have returned with very little money to our names and very tired feet. While we purchased quite a few new games, we also scored big with the Cheese Weasel ConQuest and came home with a decent sized box of free games that we won. We also did a couple different things this year, including running in the Orc Stomp 5K and seeing the Indy Eleven soccer game.  Thanks for listening! We are back from our brief hiatus and our long, exhausting vacation to San Diego Comic-Con. We got very little sleep and had so much fun! We have already began making plans for how we will attend again next year. We did and saw so much stuff, that we had to break this into 2 episodes. We just returned from Indy PopCon in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was a good event & we had a lot of fun with David from The Five by Five podcast. The artists were the real highlight of this event! Having traveled to several conventions in the midwest, including several in Indianapolis, we have seen several of the same artists over and over. This convention was the exception to that. There were several new and unique artists that we hadn't seen before, and our wallets are feeling the pain now! We discovered several celebrities that made us feel extremely old...the Youtube celebrieites. Short episode this week thanks to another experiment with Periscope. While Periscope is a fun & awesome app, I don't think we will be able to record both things at the same time. This week we saw Jurassic World again, but in a whole new way. IMAX 3D makes for a new experience and seeing it the second time was just as great as the first time.We have a little news about some upcoming events that we will be attending at San Diego Comic Con.Now we are just waiting for information from MTV about who will be performing at their FandomFest.Thanks for listening.
