He passed peacefully, listening to Bob Dylan and holding the hand of his wife of 34 years, Danette.

Through his extraordinary dedication to teaching and disseminating Applied Behavior Analysis—always with a deep sense of humanity and respect for others' dignity—he touched the lives of thousands of individuals across the globe, and he will be dearly missed.
