Society can be very unforgiving sometimes.

Lately life has been very unpredictable, not that it has ever been predictable but learning how to deal or better yet cope with it all is confusing at times.

Body image and body positivity is something that a lot of people have  a hard time dealing with and as I was feeling my way through this particular topic I realised that, it is going to take more than one brisk sitting to actually talk about this particular matter but for now enjoy the light confusion that is me trying to get it together.

hello there, so today we talk about manifesting and I'm a little skeptical about it but in the spirit of trying out new things, I thought why not try manifesting and test out if it really works :)

today we are talking about this thing called "adulting" I cannot say much other that the fact that, it is quite the topic .

This week we are having a chat about severe insomnia, all the challenges that come about with it from binge watching a whole series in a nights sitting to unnecessary late night calls, let's just say having to much time on your hands could get a little risky.

Just like that the year is done and so this will be the last episode for this year. I've finally run out of things to say  .. nope i'm just kidding, I obviously have much more to say but we will save that for next year.
