So because we are suckers, Brett bought it. With nothing better to do and pretty low expectations we decided to give it a run.

Another episode already? What is this sorcery?!

This episode, since we haven't actually played a new game to talk about, we spend some time chatting about the games we would LIKE to be playing...

That is, the top 5 games that we would like to play, but haven't. With no prior collusion, and no idea what we are getting ourselves into, we chat about what makes a game something we would be keen on. Oh how our tastes differ.

Gaming and hobby chats, events, other stuff. Special mention to Phoenix, Brett's cat who really wanted to be a guest presenter. We ruled that mousetrap was not a suitable game for inclusion however.

We have our grubby little hands on the new 2020 edition of bloodbowl!

We talk changes, first impressions, what the future of the game looks like for us, and take some bloodbowl virgins through their first game... after spending less than 24hrs with the new rules. What could go wrong?

This episode we revive the original warhammer fantasy universe skirmish game, Mordheim! We talk through the basics, and play a couple of games,  kick starting a campaign.

In a slight departure from our standard fare, this episode we try out the DC deck building game, Dark Nights Metal edition. Some amazing artwork, and a sweet story don't automatically mean an awesome game - But it's definitely worth a crack to see if it can live up to the hype.

That doesn't matter, because this episode we talk about Warhammer Underworlds, the deck building miniature game by none other than Games Workshop. We played a game (or maybe 2) and give you an insight into how the game plays, what we did, and our overall impressions of the game.
