Talking to yourself is not a bad thing. At least that’s the conclusion I have come too. I may be wrong, who knows. I often find myself talking to myself usually within my home but every so often in public and often about anything and everything. Whether it be the movie I just watched, a social interaction I had moments before or snickering subtly about a joke I just told myself. Sometimes it just helps to speak your thoughts aloud instead of keeping it all in. I say all of that to say now I’m going to start documenting it, recording my inner thoughts and allowing those who care, to listen.
