Food, Sleep, Medicine, Exercise, Mindset, Therapy and Teamwork make the core of the values the host lives by and believes that focusing on these values are the pillars of a healthy and happy life. 1 out of every 5 people report to have suffered chronic pain, and there is no voice for these people who suffer on the inside. If we can just help 1 person have a better life, than all the effort is worth it.
