In this episode we're getting deep on the subject matter of miscarriage as well as the struggle and tropes still affiliated with infertility and postpartum depression. This conversation will also touch upon the challenges of going through a miscarriage in this Medical Industrial Complex. 

In this episode we continue our conversation with folx within the Queer Spectrum, more specifically Gay men. We're talking misogyny, racism, colorism, and again with this pesky concept of "representation" and how it can be another form of keeping folx complicit.

This episode is stacked so prepare to be blown away! We're talking about the struggles that lesbian women and bisexual women still face today, the extra level of violence faced by queer women, how Hollywood be acting (no pun intended), and so much more!

This week is a continuation to the conversation regarding the experiences of AAPI. However, this time around we're talking to women that have even more layers of oppression and complexity stacked up with their identities. We're talking the differences between generations, between what is to be Indian from India, Indian in America, Indo-Caribbean, and so much! 

As we reach the conclusion of this series, let's backpedal slightly and go to the women that just started this journey...right before a pandemic. What finding a community has been like, how training has been impacted during these very precarious times, and why we must remember to be kind to ourselves while attempting to achieve our goals! 

This week we continue the Coeur series with women that have been involved in tri for over 5 years. Experience is an amazing teacher, but sometimes those lessons we learn can be a real kick in the ass. Like with many sports, women are often times written off and ignored in triathlon. Join in as we talk about what these experiences have been like for these experienced triathletes that come in all shapes and sizes! 

It's hard enough being a Woman of Color, but what happens when you fall in love with one of the least diverse sports in the world? This episode I am joined by triathletes that have been minoritized and marginalized, and dive deeper on what their experiences have been like in this world of Tri. 

Triathlon? Yes triathlon, that crazy sport that everyone seems to be afraid of. Well what about triathlon? There are many different components to the sport, and in a world where, as a collective we're moving less, it's time to start talking alternatives for our way of life. This episode is the launch of a mini series with Coeur Sports. Throughout the series we'll be talking about the different complex layers of triathlon and how it isn't immune to the social justice issues that continue to plague our world today! 

This conversation centers around the experiences of Asian women in the US. We're talking stereotypes, misconceptions, the rise of violence against the Asian community, the sometimes contempt there may be between minorities and the role white supremacy plays in the divide, and whole lot of other stuff!  

This week we have an extremely diverse group of women discussing the current ongoings of Haiti and Cuba. The group also goes over some of the contradictions noticed in how the locals handled these events in Miami, compared to the protests for Black Lives Matter. Check it out!
