Happy Love Day this week!

Knowing this episode was going to be a day before Valentines Day, I really tried to think what about what we could talk about, and had a couple of different thoughts but couldn't narrow it down to one exactly.

Which meant, it's time for another Thoughts In My Head episode.

Of course the over arching theme is LOVE, but I hope of the various thoughts we talk about that one or all of them can resonate with you, know that you are not alone in what you face and as always just testifies how much YOU ARE LOVED.
