May God convey the weight of the lost and the urgency to proclaim the gospel in our hearts through my words. May he grant us the courage and boldness to go across the street and across the seas to testify to the gospel of grace.

Make Your Face Shine upon Us

67 To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song.

1  May God be gracious to us and bless us

and make his face to shine upon us, Selah

2  that your way may be known on earth,

your saving power among all nations.

3  Let the peoples praise you, O God;

let all the peoples praise you!

4  Let the nations be glad and sing for joy,

for you judge the peoples with equity

and guide the nations upon earth. Selah

6  The earth has cyielded its increase;

God, our God, shall bless us.

7  God shall bless us;

let all the ends of the earth fear him!

Even though are lives are but a mist that is here today and gone tomorrow, we are still held accountable for our actions. Our decisions have true value and our sin has real consequences. There is a better solution to the fragility of life than the cultural do whatever you want mantra. True life and satisfaction is found in the redemptive work of Jesus' death and resurrection.

Worship is not just something we do but something we were made for.
