Thoughts of a TechnoWizard

I talk about yet another Lex Fridman podcast, this time about Maggate Wade and her pro capitalist beliefs on how it can help Africa become prosperous. https://youtu.be/Q6tDV3BhrcM

I continue my musings on how to build utopia by talking some more about the importance of building deep relationships, and the importance of building walkable neighborhoods with communal spaces.

Today, I share some utopian visions for a better world based on what it would look like to live in real communities, where you have friendships and close relationships with the people in your neighborhood.

Today I ramble on about climate change, free will, consciousness and stuff. Thinking about how and why being more conscious of the environment through being curious, aware, and scientific can bring us more options to solving the world's biggest problems.

Today, I talk about the importance of being Social in understanding intelligence and building better communities. Here is the video that inspired some of this: https://youtu.be/3K25VPdbAjU I also delve back into the topic of intelligence, and also share some amazing research showing that America is not a democracy: https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/perspectives-on-politics/article/testing-theories-of-american-politics-elites-interest-groups-and-average-citizens/62327F513959D0A304D4893B382B992B#

I respond to text another Lex Fridman podcast, this time about intelligence! https://youtu.be/hppbxV9C63g I discuss some important questions I feel were missing in that conversation, and talk about why we need to be unafraid to delve more into the subject of intelligence, grapple with the likelihood of intelligence being genetic, and therefore develop a better society that does not optimize for just intelligence.

How can we change the world for the better without starting from scratch? Today, I propose four main pillars for just that: Urban Planning, Governance, Economy, and Identity.

Today I share some crazy ideas about the universe and reality! Existentialism warning!! What if our entire existence is ending and starting again constantly??

New research shows how hierarchy developed! I talk about how this shows the importance of environment. I also talk about how the researchers have a mental hierarchy which constrains their thinking. https://scitechdaily.com/challenges-conventional-theory-research-sheds-new-light-on-the-origin-of-civilization/. I also mention how I want to talk more directly about black liberation.

Today I try to piece together my thoughts on mental hierarchy and how it explains a lot about why the anti-abortionists make the arguments they make. I also loop in arguments against objectivity, nuclear family, and so on. Check out this video by Khadija about abortion: https://youtu.be/cdiPloLlBnc and also check out this amazing video from AnRel about hierarchy! https://youtu.be/yANLp_dw1wI
