My life was changed by asking a series of why questions over a long period of time. To this day, I still ask why. I read the scriptures, and I ask why. I listen to the prophet of the world, and I ask why. I see the pain and anguish in the world, and I ask why. And I hope that I never stop asking why because for me to stop asking why is to stop growing and to stop growing is to stagnate, and stagnant water does not produce life. But the living water of Jesus Christ does.

Take a minute to remember the last time you asked why. Then take a minute to take your most heartfelt why to God. Listen for the answer whether it come by the Spirit to your mind or heart or to your ears by a friend or stranger.
