Happiest of springs to all! I discuss for a bit, Charles Eisenstein's book, "Sacred Economics." PS, I totally said his last name wrong on the podcast! I talk about humanizing the institutions we exist within, especially those who hold power within them like teachers, professors, employers. And if not, how we can humanize ourselves by tending to our needs. It is not self-care seminars exhausted humans want! That is neo-colonial coping mechanism to oppression. We deserve the time to follow our hearts or settle into where we are which requires a lifestyle change, not an 5-10 minute act of self-care. All people deserve the life circumstances to enjoy peace and indulge in joy.
