In today’s podcast episode, I explore the topic of what true love really means. To some, love can exist even if its unreciprocated, also known as unrequited love. Some claim that love can exist even if a relationship had ended. However, I come to disagree with these two notions. For me, love requires both reciprocation and consistency. If your love is not reciprocated or if your love ends, then, to me, it is simply not true love. We are what we think; because so, I think we should chose to hold on to schemas that aid us, rather than hinder or hurt us.

In today’s episode, I give insight on the process of moving on. Love is by nature chaotic, messy and confusing. Do not be upset over the manner in which you move on. Learn that it’s okay to miss a person that hurt you. But know that you deserve better.. Missing someone doesn’t mean they’re right for you.

In today’s episode, I delve into the topic of making mistakes as human beings. We tend to shy away or try to avoid making any sort of mistake, but is this the right path to life? For me, making mistakes is not only integral but also, necessary. We shouldn’t ever fear taking risks with high consequences.
