After seeing many youngsters making their social media profiles with the frame of the individual whom they are going to support and vote for the Sikyong of 2021, I felt a bit worried about the regional separation by making small groups among the people in our Tibetan community.

In this episode we are talking about leader. The person who are going to lead us soon. We are going to discuss the leadership quality that we want to see in our next Sikyong.

We all need to take part in voting for the Sikyong Election of 2021. We have to choose our leader with our intelligence and our reasons.

This is my first podcast in English and is also the beginning of the journey to world-class.
