Threads of Enlightenment | Mindset & Awakening Stories

I interviewed Fabienne Lindholm. Fabienne is an international wellness expert, author, speaker, and Influencer. Her story started in 1967 in the small town of St. Claude, France. At the age of 16, she decided to move to the big city of Lyon, where she embarked on a new journey of beauty and wellness, which became the foundation of her future. Years later, she moved to Chicago to experience American life and educate professionals about European beauty and well-being, where she lived for 25 years. Her international career in the spa and skincare industry expanded, which allowed her to work with many different cultures. She stated that "although skincare is a passion of mine, and I absolutely love giving authentic recommendations, sharing knowledge became more important to me; that is when the industry’s education section allowed me to inspire people".

Fabienne has coached hundreds of young and mature professionals to define their paths. Inspiring confidence is her mento, and it is impossible to teach without inspiring the individual first. Every day she wakes up and asks herself how she can inspire people or anyone around her for that matter. Fabienne is a world traveler and stated that due to her listening skills and solution-driven approach everywhere around the world, whether in the French Alps, Paris, Chicago, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Montreal, and many more places worldwide, guiding her audience toward a solution has fulfilled her. As an authentic and bold speaker, the values that she has learned from her world experience are the pillar of who she is and what she has to offer. She also stated that she will never say something just to be nice… her guiding philosophy is: ”if you do not have nice things to say, just do not say anything at all, authenticity is one of her key values interlaced with so many more that she will share in the future.

I encourage everyone to follow her and be transformed by her insights.

I Interviewed Tracey Leigh Whittet. Tracey Leigh Whittet is a certified Spiritual Healer, Multidimensional Body Balancer, Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Bars® and Body Facilitator, Creative Wellness Instructor, a practitioner in Divine Healing Hands, Theta Healing, Yuen Method, and Healing Touch. These training has evolved and led Tracy to develop her inspired integrated method that Spirit has termed Transmosis (An unconscious transfer and assimilation of higher energies to raise the recipient's energy to equal the source energy). Tracey offers a unique energy-clearing process that transmutes and removes energies that hold us back and can make us sick. Sometimes these energies aren't even ours! Clearing unconscious/conscious energies that no longer serve us frees us to become more of what we came here to do. It's a loving, integrative, sacred, unique experience that allows people to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This work empowers and teaches people to make changes quickly and effectively. We can be self-responsible in a fun, unique way. The audience is the people who want to be happier, and healthier and may have to do.

Tracey describes Transmosis Healing as a unique, integrated blend of energy modalities that offers people multidimensional body balancing. These sessions clear non-beneficial energies on all levels, layers, timelines, and dimensions. Clients feel better, happier, lighter, and uplifted by the 100% pure divine light clearing. Clients receive an audio recording of the channeled clearing to support integration and to go even deeper. Training in many energy healing modalities has revealed a gift that sharing what she sees and hears and describing the energies presented provides deep healing. It seems to be a divine gift to be a messenger for our highest and greatest good.

I interviewed James Heppner. James is a fellow podcaster, coach, speaker, and entrepreneur. He sees himself as a self-help hacker and a strategist that helps people live fully alive, passionate, and fulfilled consistently. He helps people discover and imprint the specific strategies that allow them to openly embrace the elation of a win and the pain of a loss so that they can experience deep connection, passionate purpose, and vibrant fulfillment. James feels that when we find new safety for what we once perceived as dangerous, and find a new need for what we once perceived as unneeded, we then find new want for what we once perceived as unwanted, and we are then able to embrace new thresholds which bring us a brand new expanded life experience. James state that he loves pushing the boundaries on what's possible. Moving beyond his perceived limitations and capabilities awakens within. It ignites his soul.

James believes that the business arena grants him the perfect space to run his race. Entrepreneurship and being in control of his destiny has always been the driving force of his life. At the age of 24, he started his first real business. The business thrived in a measurable way until he fell apart. It was at this time James knew that he needed some serious work. His belief is that if you don't take constant and consistent action on developing yourself, little things will take you out. He states that his life changed when the personal development industry found him.

James went to seminars and watched the masters perform their magic, he met some of the world's top influencers in person, and it all just fascinated him. Today people call him the self-help hacker. He has become known as someone who can rapidly identify the unique and specific formulas that get you going and keeps you going without the need for willpower. His approach creates a precise formula that is best for the individual. Utilizing a multi-variant methodology approach, he is quickly able to spot what's at the base of your entire structure so that we can rapidly get you moving forward.

James has dedicated his life to supporting people to succeed in both their business and personal life, he strives to help people in the most effective way possible

In her current book Pathways, Walking through Creation, Brenda masterfully walks the reader through the complexities of life as she learns and grows from her joys, disappointments, tragedies, and insights.
