I interviewed Jeff Gamwell. Jeff is an Entrepreneur, he was a noncommittal married Christian chasing the American dream until things begin to happen in his life and marriage. After losing everything, and being audited by the IRS and owed thousands, Jeff renewed his relationship with his God and he talks about how that relationship guided him back from the brink of darkness. His story is a compelling cliffhanger with great twists as his journey about finding his true identity and his purpose in life. His purpose is to help people to discover their true purpose and identity in this life.

I interview Cathy Nesbitt. Cathy is a Health and Wellness Advocate. Cathy is the Founder of Cathy's Crawly Composters (est 2002), Cathy's Sprouters, and Cathy's Laughter Club. She is a multi-award-winning environmental innovator who uses workshops and inspirational speaking to motivate people to live a more sustainable life. Cathy is an avid cyclist and gardener. She's on a mission to put worms in every living space. Indoor composting with worms. You can imagine that not everyone wants to have worms in the house. Cathy started her worm empire (Cathy's Crawly Composters) in 2002. Although she believes worms will play an ever-increasing role in waste management, soil production, and therefore food security, she stated that it is essential that we learn how. Cathy is also known as Cathy Crawly Laughing Bean Queen. She offers simple solutions for some of today's challenges—worms for amending the soil, sprouts for eating, and laughter for overall health and wellness. Cathy told us that Laughter yoga came to her when she struggled with all the negative energy folks were sending her way about her essential mission. Daily laughter is now a considerable part of her health plan. Laughter is the best medicine. Cathay is very fond of saying that you need your daily D.O.S.E.? dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins. The love drugs. Laughter is a beautiful form of self-love.

I interviewed Dr. Rosemarie. Dr. Downer is a dedicated follower of Christ who aspires to have the closest relationship with Christ possible. Her service in the body of Christ primarily involves teaching and preaching. She also spent well over 30 years serving in youth ministries. Other focus areas in her ministry include women and single adults. As well, she often ministers on issues that address emotional healing and well-being. She counts every opportunity to minister an ultimate privilege from God the Father and does not take it lightly.

She is the founder and former President of BRYDGES (Building Responsible Youth by Delivering Genuine Enrichment Services), over which she functioned as the President for 15 years − 2001 through 2016. She is a published author of The High Call of Forgiveness, It's A Mandate, The Self-Scarred Church, and several parenting handbooks. Additionally, she is the author of a comprehensive ministry development course – Find and Occupy Your Place and the Continuum of Care Youth Ministry Development Handbook.

Dr. Downer served at The U.S. Department of Agriculture as a social science researcher for 20 years and as an adjunct professor at Bowie State University for 24 years. She is now retired from both positions and is currently a private consultant doing research and evaluation and doing what she dreamed of doing for years, and that is to write books to edify the body of Christ.

The pivotal scripture verse for her ministry is 3John 2 – “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” Her most favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6: “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Her favorite Bible character is Moses because he had the relationship with Abba Father that she so very deeply desires. Moses was able to talk to God the Father face-to-face and without riddle because of the close relationship he had with Him. That is her desire!

I interviewed Christian Evans. Christian is a fellow podcaster, Entrupernure, and many sales positions. Christian was raised in a divorced home and believes that divorce had made an enormous impact on my life, and he believes that this was one of the reasons he is who he is today. Christian is on a mission to challenge the next generation of LEADERS, to make Character-Based Decisions and Integrity based decisions. He has spent almost eight years on his journey of self-development. Christian stated that "during that time he consumed 4,000 hours of Marketing, Business, Sales and Philosophy videos, audio and books.

I interviewed Jamie Ellis. Jamie is a Certified Professional Coach, Communications Strategist, Speaker, and Author. She was a former Marketing Executive turned career coach who launched two businesses during the pandemic and is currently writing her first book which is scheduled for publication in May 2022. This book she states is a book about the journey after a wave of growth - when people and things in your life fit differently. The book is designed to teach you how to surround yourself with relationships that bring you joy, how to reorganize the ones that need adjustments and sunset the ones that don't serve you right now. Jamies's life in the corporate world was successful from the outside, she was a Director by 27 and a Vice President by 30. She was on her way to her next milestone: CMO by 35 and she was on track. But as she state in her story on the inside, she felt miserable, unable to find reasons to justify my lack of fulfillment, she continued following the plan. However, everything began to change and propelled her to begin her journey of self-development. From overcoming chronic hip pain, abruptly losing her high-paying executive job, and overcoming all obstacles she is now coaching professionals and ordinary people to better understand themselves and redefine their careers path.

I interviewed Lynn Russell. Lynn is an Author, a family counselor for almost thirty years, a workshop facilitator, and a Unitarian lay chaplain. Lynn has been interested in spiritual learning for over 65 years. After researching 2500 cases of near-death experiences, Lynn was so delighted by what she learned that she wrote the book, The Wonder of You, What the Near-Death Experience Tells You About Yourself.  This book received rave reviews and now a more in-depth second edition is available on Amazon. Lynn’s interest in science spans 45 years and has helped to add a profound understanding of the link between science and spirituality. She is also excited because her new children’s book, Worpple will be launched this summer.

Lynn states as a child, she was the only spiritual person in her family and after her grandfather’s death, around eight or nine, she became acquainted whit her own mortality and became interested in what happened when you die. After years of researching the near-death experience, she teaches every person in the world magnificent and that "you are utterly amazing and have way more power than you realize". YOU ARE LOVE-POWER manifest in a physical existence. She hopes that everyone will discover that power and know their control within the world.
