My interview with Roxanne Chaput. I interviewed Lois Hollis, RN BSN REV. Lois is an author, blogger, a Shame/Guilt Educator, Counselor, and now Filmmaker. She discovered that shame and guilt join forces to create 24-hour negativity that causes emotional and physical illnesses. Shame talks in our sleep, and guilt talks in our waking moments, telling us we are powerless and bad.

Once Lois discovered that shame and guilt were responsible for her anxiety, depression, and life-threatening illnesses, she healed from childhood traumas and 30 yrs. of migraine headaches. She shepherds others out of a crisis, seeking success, or spiritual growth with her knowledge of how to identify, release, and avoid shame and guilt.

Lois has the uncanny ability for new knowledge. She helped develop one of the first Kidney Hemodialysis Units in the country and other firsts. She authored Soul Mirror Cards and three books. Lois aspires to use the magic of film to make shame and guilt visual. Her documentary series, “I’m Good”, will illustrate the shame/guilt dangers and how to avoid them.

As soon as Lois moved to Sedona, Arizona, she began to write Light Language Poetry. Her writings from spirit can be read and re-read. Each time the reader receives different feelings and understandings of life and love. She continues today to write with love and light from her spirit.

With Light Language and the knowledge of shame guilt, we can change the shame/guilt system to live in prosperity, solve mental health crises, and regain our evolutionary joyful spirit.

Lois’ film, Out of Discord Into Harmony teaches us how to communicate with our emotions, especially our inner critics. Her film also illustrates the Soulspeaks method that brings peace to our inner personalities and our inner critics. I interviewed Ryan Cote. Ryan is an author and entrepreneur. He is the owner of Morning Upgrade, a business dedicated to increasing the awareness of personal development through a blog, podcast, book, and morning routine cards. He is also co-owner of his family’s marketing agency and a real estate investor.

Ryan stated that he comes from a family of entrepreneurs and currently helps run his family’s direct mail and digital marketing company, Ballantine, with my uncle and two brothers, his dad retired in 2017. Rayan's great uncle started the company in 1966 — fast forward to today, and they have a great team all working together to help their clients succeed. They also just launched a new roofing company under the Ballantine umbrella called Ballantine Home Improvement!

Ryan considers himself a serial entrepreneur. Ever since college, he has had side ventures from affiliate marketing to building and selling an eCommerce website to providing SEO services to small businesses, and more, he says that he still has an active interest in creating, testing, and trying new things in business (for example, my passion project, Morning Upgrade!).

Not only did I come from a family of entrepreneurs, but according to Ryan his wife, Jill pushed him into becoming a real estate investor. 15 years later they are now landlords.

Rayn's goal with Morning Upgrade is to create a real impact in the world…essentially wanting to raise the awareness of morning routines and personal development. He hopes to eventually reach 100,000 visitors per month to his website. His desire is to achieve the creation of a community that helps people build happier, more fulfilling lives while discovering strategies for reaching their goals.

He seeks to convince people to take an active interest in personal development by developing a strong morning routine. In his personal experience, morning routines have been the catalyst to success and growth in his life. He knows that it can do the same for you!

I interviewed Dr. Heather Tucker. Dr. Tucker was making six figures in her dream job when she realized that the pressure, lack of recognition and support, and disruption of family engagement had turned her into somebody she didn’t know. I interviewed Dave Combs. Dave is a songwriter, author, musician, photographer, and publisher. A native of Erwin, Tennessee, Dave grew up in a family that enjoyed making music. Both his parents and his grandmother Combs played the piano, which began his musical journey as a church choir director and pianist. I interviewed Debbie Freeman. Debbie is a podcaster, a motivational speaker, and an entrepreneur. Debbie is a savior of physical and sexual abuse as a child and became determined to make her dreams a reality. At the early age of 19, she opened her first dance studio. As a dancer and business owner, Debbie was offered the opportunity to audition for the Atlanta Hawks NBA dance team competing against 400 girls and was awarded to be one of 12 members. Her success led her to 42nd Street, Will Rogers Follies, and became the Dance Captain of the World Famous Radio City Rockettes. She also became a choreographer and choreographed the show 'Beats of Passion' at the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. After going through a painful divorce with an addict, she lost everything, including self-confidence which led to unhealthy nutrition and poor choices in her lifestyle so much so that she gained 100 pounds. Through self-love and determination, Debbie found herself again and was able to lose that 100 pounds and go on to become the United States of America Ms. Nevada 2021 at 51 yrs.

She walked through the journey with two children and within a year and a half of making better choices, she now has Masterclasses for students of all ages in modeling, interviewing, health and self-awareness. Her mission now is to empower women by inspiring them to fight through any fears or disbeliefs they may have and live their best lives.

I interviewed Gregory Offner. Gregory is one of the most in-demand experts on the topic of professional performance and navigating disruption. His clients include Fortune 100 companies.
