Body image is one of our favorite subjects to talk about in Flourish. After all, you probably wouldn’t care as much about food and nutrition if it weren’t for how it affected your body, weight, or body image, right?

But if you think about it… body image isn’t just about the way you look. Even when you look your thinnest and “fittest,” your body image can still be negative because of the way you think and feel about how you look. Maybe your body image has fluctuated based on a number of factors that had nothing to do with how your body looked. That’s because there are multiple components of body image.

In today’s episode, Claire explores the three components of body image and what you can do to improve across all three.
