In 1 Kings, God grants Solomon a wish. Solomon chooses to ask for wisdom rather than health or wealth or prosperity, and it delights God to give it to him. If God granted you a wish, what would you ask for? Would it be wisdom? And if you received it, would simply recieving wisdom make a difference in your life?

1 and 2 Kings is a divinely-inspired account of what happens when we reject God. As we jump into these two books of the Bible, it's important to consider what decisions were made early on that end up leading the Israelites towards destruction. Listen to find out more.
