1st Reading – Zechariah 9:9-10
The prophet invites the people of Zion to rejoice as their gentle savior comes among them riding a colt.Banishing war, the savior will proclaim peace to the nations and his dominion will reach the ends of the earth.Psalm – 145:1-2,8-11,13-14

As the Spirit of God dwells in us we are united to Christ and renewed by his resurrection.We no longer live according to the flesh, which leads to death, but in the Spirit that brings us life.Gospel – Matthew 11:25-30
