Having accidentally entered a band competition for children, the bickering team are mortified to realise they have just lost to students they teach.

It's band photoshoot day, a frantic session in which a top photographer is given the impossible task: make them look younger. Shocking revelations about Oliver's past are revealed in the process.

It leaks, it stinks, it used to be a home for several chickens. But still, the band are on the verge of owning their own van! Not everybody is excited though, much to the dismay of Chris.

The first gig didn't quite go to plan, mostly due to, well, Chris. But the gig itself is soon forgotten thanks to the drama of what happened on the way home...

It's the night of their first ever gig! But will anyone actually turn up?

Is Chris working the band too hard? Desperate for a night off, Oliver is just grateful that all of his students are called Theo, but what are those names that the kids keep calling Alison?

Having just had their first rehearsal, Chris is blindingly optimistic about their future. He is, of course, the only one. Meanwhile, Lucy's ex has a new lover and Oliver is delighted to have eight eggs with his dinner.
