Rosemary, Red and Fern continue to discuss trance and begin to discuss other various altered states of consciousness and some of our experience. We discuss what is an altered state of consciousness (ASC),  some of the many ways people enter ASC, and some research into ASC.

Also known as The Farm Witch, Aliana is an educator in the community who loves sharing her knowledge with her elementary school students, friends, and Instagram followers alike.
