Self-doubt is a completely human and normal part of the journey to starting and growing our own successful and thriving businesses. In fact, it's a good sign, right? Self-doubt shows up when we are stepping out of our comfort zone, when we're stretching, when we're learning new things, when we're growing. And it in fact shows that we are reaching the boundary conditions of our thinking, and we are ready to go to a new level, see a new perspective, a new way of thinking about things or experiencing things or showing up for ourselves and our vision. And so the thing is that I see many people not being in action because of self-doubt. They're holding back. They're not taking consistent action. They're constantly doubting themselves. And that takes a lot of energy that could otherwise be directed towards their vision, and showing up for their vision and bringing their own brand of magic to the world. And so that's why in today's episode, I'm going to share with you three questions and one action that you can take to support yourself to be in action even when you're experiencing self-doubt.
