In episode 8, Ann speaks to actor, Norma Sheahan. Norma’s three (plus a few) things bring the listener on a journey from dancing in supermarket aisles, the hazards of the pandemic shortage of public toilets and driving discos and road raves.

Originally from Cork, Norma Sheahan has appeared in theatrical productions such as  The Cripple of Inishmaan and Angela’s Ashes Musical. Her TV credits include  Holding, Bridget & Eamon. Moone Boy and The Clinic. Norma and her family won Ireland’s Celebrity Fittest Family.

Norma hosted a 76 episode podcast entitled heal your hole with Norma Sheahan

She is currently doing a 32 county tour of Ireland in Willy Russell’s Shirley Valentine which will be in The Lime Tree Theatre on Friday April 22.
